Welcome to Rob Rise LLC! We are thrilled to have you join our empowering events, challenges, summits, one-on-one sessions, and group activities (collectively, “Activities”). This Participation Agreement and Release of Liability Declaration outlines key terms you agree to by participating in our Activities. Please review this document carefully to understand your rights, responsibilities, and our commitment to safety.
Voluntary Participation
Your participation is entirely voluntary. Activities may involve physical and emotional challenges, carrying inherent risks such as physical injury, illness, emotional distress, property damage, or financial loss. By participating, you willingly assume these risks.
Assumption of Risk
You fully accept and assume all risks associated with participation in Rob Rise LLC Activities. You acknowledge these risks exist despite diligent safety measures by our staff.
Release of Liability
You agree to fully release, waive, and forever discharge Rob Rise LLC, its owners, officers, employees, trainers, volunteers, contractors, agents, and representatives from any liability, claims, or demands for personal injury, illness, property damage, or any losses that may arise during or related to your participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Personal Health & Insurance
You confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate. You acknowledge you are solely responsible for your health and safety during Activities. You must maintain adequate health and medical insurance coverage, as Rob Rise LLC will not cover medical expenses arising from your participation.
Media Consent
By participating, you grant Rob Rise LLC permission to photograph, film, or record your image, voice, and likeness during Activities. Rob Rise LLC may use such media for promotional, educational, or business purposes in any format, without compensation to you. If you wish to opt-out from prominent usage, you must inform Rob Rise LLC staff explicitly at the event.
Participant Conduct & Community Expectations
You agree to:
Treat everyone with respect, honoring diversity and individual boundaries.
Follow all safety guidelines and directions from Rob Rise LLC staff and facilitators.
Abstain from bringing weapons, illegal substances, or abusing alcohol during Activities.
Respect confidentiality and privacy of fellow participants.
Foster a supportive, empowering, and positive environment.
Take personal responsibility for your safety and well-being.
Right to Remove Participants
Rob Rise LLC reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior compromises safety, respect, or integrity of the event, without refund or compensation. Continued misconduct may lead to exclusion from future events.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement applies to all U.S. jurisdictions, especially Arizona, Nevada, California, Florida, Wyoming, Illinois, and Texas. If any part of this Agreement is deemed invalid by applicable law, it shall be adjusted minimally to comply with the law, and all remaining terms remain in full force.
Acknowledgment & Acceptance
Your signature or your explicit agreement (including checking boxes on event forms or digital acknowledgment) confirms that you have carefully read, understand, and accept this Declaration in full. This declaration stands as a legally binding agreement between you and Rob Rise LLC, without requiring Rob Rise LLC’s countersignature.
