These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of all Rob Rise LLC services, including our website, social media channels, AI assistants, digital products (free or paid), consultations, in-person events, and any future offerings, provided in both English and Spanish.
By using any Rob Rise LLC service or platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or attend our events.
Scope of Services
Rob Rise LLC offers educational, strategic, and AI-powered content and services, including but not limited to coaching, automation tools, training materials, discovery calls, workshops, live events, and online platforms.
All digital or AI-based content is for educational purposes only and not professional, legal, or financial advice.
We reserve the right to change, pause, or remove any service (free or paid) at any time without notice. This includes modifying or removing digital products, free tools, or beta features.
In-Person Events & Participation Agreement
If you participate in any Rob Rise LLC in-person event (such as challenges, retreats, summits, or coaching sessions), you must read and agree to our Participation Agreement and Release of Liability as a condition of attendance.
By signing the Participation Agreement—or simply by attending/participating—you acknowledge and accept all terms, including:
Voluntary assumption of risks and personal responsibility.
Release of Rob Rise LLC from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Confirmation of having appropriate insurance and consent to emergency medical treatment.
Agreement to be photographed, recorded, or filmed, and to allow Rob Rise LLC use of your image and voice for business and promotional purposes.
Commitment to respectful community conduct.
This Participation Agreement is legally binding and does not require countersignature from Rob Rise LLC—your agreement is indicated by your signature or participation alone. If you do not agree, please refrain from attending our in-person events.
User Obligations
By using our services, you agree to:
Not engage in any illegal, harmful, or abusive activity.
Not share, copy, or resell our content without prior written permission.
Understand that interactions with AI tools may be recorded and reviewed to improve service quality.
Accept that responses from our chatbots or AI assistants may not always be accurate or tailored specifically to your situation.
You must be at least 18 years old (or have legal guardian’s permission if between 13 and 17 ). Our services are not intended for anyone under 13 years of age.
Purchases and Payments
If you purchase any product or service from Rob Rise LLC, you agree to the prices, fees, and payment terms presented at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final and non-refundable. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information. Digital products cannot be returned or exchanged once accessed.
Discounts, Pricing, and Promotions
Occasionally, Rob Rise LLC may offer coupons, discounts, bundled pricing, or promotional offers. All such offers are granted at our discretion and may be adjusted, revoked, or refused without notice.
These offers apply only to services directly fulfilled by Rob Rise LLC. Discounts do not apply to third-party costs, paid media budgets, external platforms, subcontracted vendor work, or expenses not controlled by us.
Rob Rise LLC reserves the right to:
Adjust pricing at any time.
Accept or deny the use of discounts.
Modify or discontinue promotions.
Refuse service if misuse or misalignment with our terms is suspected.
We strive to act fairly and transparently but maintain full authority over final decisions regarding discounts or pricing adjustments.
Intellectual Property
All Rob Rise LLC content—including videos, branding, AI outputs, course materials, and digital files—is protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only. You may not copy, distribute, publicly display, sell, or modify Rob Rise LLC content without express written permission from us. Testimonials, feedback, or submitted content may be used by Rob Rise LLC for promotional, marketing, or operational purposes.
Limitation of Liability
Rob Rise LLC provides all services “as is,” without guarantees or warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages, loss of income, or business interruptions resulting from your use of our services, digital products, or AI agents.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months prior to the claim, up to a maximum of $100.
We are also not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party platforms accessed through our services.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, including if we believe you violated these Terms. If your access is terminated, you remain responsible for obligations or charges incurred before termination. You may discontinue use of our services at any time. These Terms remain effective for any past transactions.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and, where applicable, the laws of Arizona and United States federal law.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary for compliance, and all other provisions will remain in effect. Disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless otherwise required by your local consumer protection laws.

If you register for or attend an in-person event, we may also collect the information you provide during sign-up or at the event (such as your contact information or responses to event forms).

Your data is used to deliver, improve, and personalize our services, respond to inquiries, process payments, run marketing campaigns, and operate digital systems (including AI tools). We may also use data for analysis, legal compliance, fraud prevention, and product development.
By using any of our services, you consent to our use of collected data for any lawful business purpose, including but not limited to internal operations, analytics, and advertising.
Cookies and Tracking
We and our partners may use cookies, pixels, and analytics tools to enhance your experience, track performance, and personalize content and ads. This includes use of services from Meta, Google, TikTok, and others. Use of our platforms implies consent to these tracking technologies.

We may share your data with trusted vendors, service providers, partners, AI platforms, legal counsel, or advertising systems. This includes third parties assisting in payment processing, chatbot hosting, analytics, marketing, and more. We may also share data when legally required or in the event of a business transfer.
We reserve the right to use and share any data collected from you or from third-party interactions (such as form submissions, ads, integrations) for any purpose aligned with our business goals.
In-Person Events and Recordings
For any in-person events, summits, workshops, or sessions hosted by Rob Rise LLC, your participation is additionally governed by our Participation Agreement and Release of Liability. By attending, you acknowledge and agree that you may be photographed, filmed, or audio-recorded during the event, and that Rob Rise LLC may use your name, image, voice, and likeness captured at events for any lawful business purpose (such as social media posts, promotional materials, highlight videos, podcasts, or educational content).
Your presence at our events implies your consent to such recording and usage. If you do not wish to be prominently featured or identified, it is your responsibility to notify a Rob Rise representative; we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but attendance at an event constitutes agreement to be recorded and to the Participation Agreement’s terms. User Rights
You may request to access, update, or delete your data by contacting us. Where applicable by law, we will fulfill your request unless we are required to retain the data for legal, operational, or security reasons. Opting out of data collection or use may impact your ability to use our services.
Children’s Privacy
Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child, we will delete it immediately.
Free or Trial Services
We may modify or discontinue any free or trial service or digital product at any time, without prior notice. Access or continuation of such offerings is not guaranteed.
Promotions and Discount Participation
We may occasionally offer promotions, percentage-based discounts, coupons, or free services as part of our marketing efforts. Participation in any promotional offer is optional and subject to the specific terms provided at the time of issuance. By using any such promotion, you agree that Rob Rise LLC retains full discretion over how discounts are granted, applied, limited, or withdrawn. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. We will indicate the effective date of the latest revisions at the top of this policy.
